Scaloppine di pollo ai funghi

Ingredienti:

450 g petti di pollo
300 g funghi
Farina integrale, sale, pepe, cipolla, prezzemolo, curcuma, latte di soia, olio evo e burro q.b

Istruzioni: 

Infarinate i petti di pollo, e saltateli leggermente in padella con il burro e l’olio, metteteli da parte e preparate i funghi. Trifolati i funghi tagliati a tocchetti piccoli con la cipolla e le spezie. Quando i funghi saranno quasi pronti unite i petti di pollo aggiungete il latte di soia quanto basta, salare e pepare e fate ridurre a fuoco lento il latte.
