Spiedini dolci

Ingredienti:

350 g gamberoni
2 fette di melone
1/2 pompelmo
1 limone piccolo
q.b. rosmarino, timo, olio e.v.o. sale e pepe

Istruzioni: 

Spremere pompelmo e limone e filtrare il succo. Pulire e sgusciare i gamberoni farli marinare nel succo prima citato, nell’olio e nelle spezie per 30 minuti. Tagliare nel frattempo le fette in dadini. Formare degli spiedini con gamberi e melone, spennellarli con la marinatura e grigliarli per un minuto per lato. Servirli caldi.
